Hi! We’re Jeffrey and Natalia, the couple behind JN Party Rentals. We started this business with a love for celebrations and have been lucky enough to help bring so many special moments to life!
We offer photo booths, tables, chairs, custom event backdrops, marquee numbers, and more for weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, baby showers, and everything in between. We care about making every detail feel intentional, from clean, beautiful rentals to personalized touches and reliable service.

### How do I get started? (All Services)

DM us on Instagram, Call/Text (626)483-0807 or Fill out our inquiry form below with your event details, including your date, location, and the rentals or services you’re interested in. We’ll check availability and send you a personalized quote with everything you need to move forward.

### What areas do you service? (All Services)

We are based in West Covina, California and serve the San Gabriel Valley as well as surrounding areas of Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and some parts of San Diego County. Travel fees are calculated based on the event location.

### How do I reserve my rentals? (All Services)

To secure your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before your event according to your booking terms. Your date is not reserved until the required booking steps are completed.

### What happens if it rains or my event is outdoors? (All Services)

Outdoor rentals are welcome, but customers are responsible for having a suitable weather plan. Equipment should be protected from rain, excessive wind, sprinklers, mud, and other conditions that may damage rental items.

### How far in advance should I book? (All Services)

We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date, especially for weekends and peak celebration seasons. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on inventory.

### Do you set up the tables and chairs? (Tables & Chairs Only)

Our standard table and chair rentals are delivered folded and ready for setup. Setup can be added to qualifying orders for an additional fee.

### Can I pick up my rentals instead?  (Tables & Chairs Only)

Yes, client pickup may be available for select table and chair rentals. A valid ID and signed rental agreement are required, and pickup/return times are arranged in advance.

### How long do I get to keep the rentals? (Tables & Chairs Only)

Rental periods depend on your event and delivery schedule. Weekend orders may be delivered ahead of the event and picked up afterward. Multi-day rentals are also available just let us know your dates when requesting a quote.

### Does someone stay with the photo booth during my event? (Photo Booth Only)

Our photo booths are designed to be easy-to-use and self-service, so an attendant is not required with our standard packages. An attendant may be added for an additional fee if you would prefer someone there to assist guests.

### Can I customize my photo booth template?  (Photo Booth Only)

Absolutely! We customize your photo booth template to your liking to coordinate with your event colors, theme, invitation, names, date, or celebration.
